ABSTRACT
Volatile synomones m tomato plants stimulate search behavior in Trichogramma pretiosum Riley, resulting in increased rates of parasitization in both the laboratory and field. In a Y-tube olfactometer, female 71 pretiosum are attracted by volatiles from tomato. Management of Heliothis spp. in cotton by augmentative releases of Trichogramma pretiosum Ril.
