Chelicerae of Cheiroseius.  Nematophagous Mesostigmata, such as Lasioseius and Cheiroseius species, use chelicerae to capture and mascerate nematodes.   Mascerated nematodes are injected with saliva, and the resulting fluid is ingested by the mite.
